Apollo Global Management Acquires Forvia SE's Vehicle Interiors Business for €1.82 Billion

Apollo Global Management has advised on the acquisition of the vehicle interiors business of French automotive supplier Forvia SE in a deal valued at €1.82 billion. Forvia's interiors business is a leading global supplier of automotive interior products, including instrument panels, door panels, and center consoles. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, pending regulatory approval and consultation with employee representative bodies.
