Chevron (CVX) Appoints Scott A. Keller as General Counsel

Chevron Corporation announced the appointment of Scott A. Keller as its new general counsel, effective July 1. Keller, 44, will report to current chief legal officer R. Hewitt Pate, who is expected to retire in mid-2027. Upon Pate's retirement, Keller is anticipated to be appointed chief legal officer, leading the company's worldwide legal affairs.
