DB Insurance Finalizes Acquisition of Fortegra Group

South Korean insurer DB Insurance Co., Ltd. has completed its acquisition of global specialty insurer Fortegra Group, Inc. The transaction, initially announced in September 2025, has now received all required regulatory and shareholder approvals. Fortegra is expected to continue operating independently with its existing management team, aiming to expand its global business footprint.
