Siemens Energy has reached an agreement to acquire Camlin Group, a Northern Ireland-based firm specializing in grid monitoring and digitalization technologies. This acquisition is set to broaden Siemens Energy's digital grid portfolio, strengthening its capabilities in sensor-based monitoring and data analytics. The transaction is contingent on regulatory approvals and is expected to conclude by the end of 2026.
