Umm Al Qura launches new five-year strategy and 'Masar Gardens' project

Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction Company has unveiled its new five-year strategy for 2026–2030, aiming to become a multi-destination urban development platform. As part of this strategic shift, the company announced the 'Masar Gardens' project, a 1.2 million square meter development in Makkah. This significant project was awarded to a consortium including Umm Al Qura, Makkah Construction and Development Company, and Rajhi United Real Estate Company.
