NYK to purchase carbon dioxide removal credits from Graphyte

NYK has signed an agreement with U.S.-based carbon-removal startup Graphyte, Inc. to acquire carbon dioxide removal (CDR) credits. These credits will be generated by Graphyte's Loblolly project in Arkansas, which uses proprietary carbon-casting technology to sequester biomass residues. This initiative supports NYK's ongoing sustainability efforts and environmental goals.
