Netflix Names Longtime Board Member Jay Hoag as New Chairman

Netflix has announced that Jay Hoag, a veteran board member and co-founder of TCV, will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. He succeeds co-founder Reed Hastings, who is stepping down from his formal governance position.
