(NYSE American: GPUS), an AI data center company, announced the final results of its cash tender offer to repurchase up to 23,809,523 shares of its Class A common stock at $0.21 per share. The company accepted for purchase a total of 8,731,574 shares, representing approximately 1.9% of its outstanding Class A common stock.
