LIXTE Biotechnology Holdings to Merge with NOMAD Transportable Power Systems for AI Power Solutions

LIXTE Biotechnology Holdings is set to combine with NOMAD Transportable Power Systems, forming NOMAD Power Solutions, Inc. The new entity will focus on providing deployable power solutions, specifically targeting the high power demands of AI data centers. LIXTE will also provide a significant loan to NOMAD prior to the anticipated July 1, 2026, closing date, to fund initial operations.
