PNC Bank Finalizes Integration of FirstBank Operations

PNC Financial Services Group has announced the successful completion of its integration of FirstBank's customers, employees, and branches. This process involved converting 780,000 customers and 95 branches across Colorado and Arizona into the PNC Bank network. The move follows PNC's earlier acquisition of FirstBank, expanding its service offerings to former FirstBank clients.
