Finastra has sold its U.S. Mid-Market banking business, including core banking, digital banking, and related businesses, to CORA Group, a portfolio of Jonas Software. The divested solution brands include Phoenix Core Banking System, MalauzAi Digital Banking, Analyzer IQ, and Enterprise Content Management.
