Renesas Electronics Completes Transfer of Timing Business to SiTime Corporation

Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723) announced the completion of the transfer of its timing business to SiTime Corporation, as previously disclosed on February 5, 2026. This transaction is expected to result in Renesas recording a gain of approximately 443.3 billion yen in its consolidated financial statements for the nine months ending September 30, 2026.
