Prosperity Bancshares Completes Stellar Bancorp Acquisition

Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. has finalized its previously announced acquisition of Stellar Bancorp, Inc., effective July 1, 2026. As part of the merger, Stellar and Stellar Bank have been integrated into Prosperity and Prosperity Bank, respectively. The total consideration for the transaction was approximately $590 million in cash and 19 million shares of Prosperity Common Stock.
