Enerpac Tool Group to Acquire SFE Group for Approximately $472 Million

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Specialized Fabrication Equipment Group LLC (SFE Group) for approximately $472 million. The acquisition is expected to expand Enerpac Tool Group's total addressable market by approximately $1 billion and will be funded with cash on hand and borrowings under the company's senior credit facility.
