Evolus, Inc. enters into an exclusive license, supply, and distribution agreement with IBSA for Profhilo® in the United States.

Evolus, Inc. and IBSA Institut Biochimique SA signed a License, Supply and Distribution Agreement on July 7, 2026. Under the agreement, Evolus gains exclusive rights to develop, commercialize, and distribute Profhilo®, an injectable hyaluronic acid product for skin-quality applications, in the U.S. aesthetics and dermatological fields. Evolus will be responsible for U.S. development, clinical, and regulatory activities for FDA approval.
