Quest Critical Metals Inc. Appoints Robert Meister as CEO, Following Wayne Tisdale's Resignation

Wayne Tisdale resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Quest Critical Metals Inc. for personal reasons, effective July 10, 2026. Robert Meister, an executive with extensive experience in mining and capital markets, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective the same day.
