Sancus Lending Group Limited Announces CEO Changes

Sancus Lending Group Limited has appointed Andrew Charnley as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Group, effective July 10, 2026. Charnley, who previously served as Managing Director of Sancus Lending (UK) Limited, brings over 30 years of commercial lending expertise. Former CEO Rory Mepham will transition to a new role with Somerston Group Limited, the Group's majority shareholder.
