Pharmaceutical Companies Support SEC Proposal for Semiannual Reporting
Several major pharmaceutical companies, including Eli Lilly, Bristol Myers Squibb, Gilead Sciences, Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Pfizer Inc., Roivant Sciences, Viatris Inc., and Zoetis Inc., have jointly submitted a letter to the SEC supporting a proposed rule to allow companies the option of semiannual financial reporting instead of quarterly.
