FINRA Expands Operating Hours for Trade Reporting Facilities

FINRA has enacted an immediate rule change to significantly extend the operating hours of its Trade Reporting Facilities. Under the amended Rule 6300 Series, these facilities will now operate for 23 hours daily, five days a week. This adjustment aims to accommodate longer trading sessions and enhance market efficiency for over-the-counter securities.
