Big Digital Energy, Inc. has formed a 50/50 joint venture, Texas Load House, LLC, with 10NetZero, Inc. The new entity has acquired 30 acres of power-ready property in Hood County, Texas, for approximately $10 million. This site is intended to become a datacenter campus, specifically designed to serve AI and high-performance computing customers.
