USA Rare Earth Announces Leadership Transition: Barbara Humpton to Retire, Thras Moraitis to Become CEO

USA Rare Earth, Inc. (Nasdaq: USAR) announced that Barbara Humpton will retire as Chief Executive Officer and Board Director on October 1, 2026. Thras Moraitis, current CEO of the Serra Verde Group, has been named as her successor, effective October 1, 2026. Michael Blitzer has been elected Executive Chairman, effective immediately.
