Utz Brands, Inc. to be Acquired by Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG in Merger Agreement

Utz Brands, Inc. (NYSE: UTZ) announced the execution of an Agreement and Plan of Merger with Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG, under which Utz Brands will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the German limited partnership. This significant acquisition is a material company development.
