FOXO Technologies to Acquire Four Grifols Blood Centers for $3.5 Million

FOXO Technologies Inc., through its subsidiary Vector BioSource, Inc., has agreed to acquire certain assets and assume liabilities related to four U.S.-based blood collection centers from Grifols Bio Supplies, Inc. The acquisition is valued at $3.5 million in cash at closing, with a potential earn-out of up to an additional $1 million. The closing is subject to customary conditions, including Vector obtaining its FDA license, CLIA certifications, and a Miami waste-management permit, and is anticipated in the third or fourth quarter of 2026.
