SkyWater Technology, Inc. and IonQ, Inc. have completed their previously announced merger. Pursuant to the merger agreement, SkyWater Technology merged with and into a subsidiary of IonQ, with SkyWater Technology surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of IonQ.
