SEC Grants Petition for Review of Order Approving Nasdaq Bitcoin Index Options

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted a petition for review regarding an order that previously approved, on an accelerated basis, a proposed rule change by Nasdaq PHLX LLC to list and trade Nasdaq Bitcoin Index Options. The approval order is currently stayed pending further order of the Commission.
