Curium Agrees to Acquire Lantheus in $8 Billion Merger Deal

Curium US Holdings LLC has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Lantheus Holdings, Inc. for approximately $8.0 billion. The deal offers Lantheus shareholders $102.50 per share in cash, plus potential Contingent Value Rights up to $12.00 per share, representing a 38% premium. This acquisition, expected to close in the first half of 2027, will result in Lantheus becoming a private company and suspending its FY 2026 guidance.
