Additionally, the Board announced the future appointment of Wayne Levings as the new Chief Executive Officer. Levings will join the company on November 1, 2026, as CEO Elect and will assume the CEO role and join the Board by February 1, 2027, at which point Stephan Shakespeare will step down.
