Nasdaq Amends Rules for Daily List and Fundamental Data Distribution

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC has filed a proposed rule change with immediate effectiveness to amend Equity 7, Section 122. This change removes daily list and fundamental data from its rulebook and clarifies how certain information will be distributed, including a 15-minute delay in the publication of corporate actions information (such as dividends, stock splits, name changes, and mergers) after it is made publicly available by the issuer.
