Brown & Brown, Inc. Announces Executive Vice President's Voluntary Resignation

Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO) and P. Barrett Brown, the company's Executive Vice President and former President of the Retail Segment, entered into a Transition Agreement in connection with Mr. Brown's voluntary resignation, effective August 10, 2026. He will continue employment through July 31, 2027, to provide transition services.
