Brown & Brown, Inc. Executive Vice President Resigns

P. Barrett Brown, Executive Vice President and former President of the Retail Segment at Brown & Brown, Inc., voluntarily resigned from the company, effective August 10, 2026. He entered into a Transition Agreement to provide cooperation and assistance for the transition of his responsibilities through July 31, 2027.
