Ondas Inc. Completes Acquisition of Cyberhawk Holdings Limited

Ondas Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of Cyberhawk Holdings Limited, a private company incorporated in England and Wales. The acquisition was for $118.2 million in cash and 581,732 shares of Ondas' common stock.
