Phillips 66, Kinder Morgan, Inc., and HF Sinclair Corporation have finalized a joint venture agreement and made a final investment decision to proceed with the proposed Western Gateway Pipeline system. The project, with an approximate enterprise value of $5.0 billion, aims to strengthen fuel supply reliability and provide a more cost-effective path for growing markets across the West. Phillips 66 will own 49.9%, Kinder Morgan 35.1%, and HF Sinclair 15% of the system.
