Accelerant Holdings to be Acquired by Thoma Bravo Affiliate, Reports Q2 2026 Earnings

Accelerant Holdings announced it has entered into a merger agreement to be acquired by Cherry Tree BidCo, an affiliate of Thoma Bravo. Under the agreement, Cherry Tree Merger Sub will merge into Accelerant Holdings, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent. The company also reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
