AEVEX to Acquire BlackSea Technologies for $650 Million

AEVEX, a U.S. defense technology company, has agreed to acquire BlackSea Technologies, a provider of unmanned surface and subsea vessels in the U.S. defense market, for $650 million. The transaction includes approximately $250 million in cash and $350 million in Class A common stock of AEVEX, plus $50 million in performance-based earnout consideration.
