Karyopharm Reports Q2 2026 Financial Results and Progress Towards Myelofibrosis sNDA Submission

Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: KPTI) reported total revenue of $33.4 million and U.S. XPOVIO® net product revenue of $30.8 million for the second quarter of 2026. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 total revenue guidance of $130 million to $150 million. Karyopharm also confirmed it remains on track to submit its supplemental New Drug Application (sNDA) in August for selinexor in combination with ruxolitinib for myelofibrosis under the Accelerated Approval pathway.
