SunScout Holding Limited, a New Zealand-based clean-technology company specializing in solar-powered robotic mowers, has completed its initial public offering in the United States. The company raised US$15.5 million by selling 3.1 million Class A ordinary shares at US$5 per share. Its shares commenced trading concurrently on NYSE American and NYSE Texas on August 12 under the ticker SNSC, marking it as the first New Zealand-headquartered company to list on both exchanges simultaneously.
