Axe Compute Inc. Secures Over $500 Million in New AI Data Center Capacity Agreements

Axe Compute Inc. (AGPU) has entered into agreements with Duos Technologies Group, Inc. for 55 megawatts of new AI data center capacity across multiple U.S. locations, anticipating over $500 million in aggregate payments. Additionally, the companies have signed nonbinding term sheets for Axe Compute to make minority equity investments, expecting to hold 49% of the equity interests in the entities associated with these projects.
