Talkspace, Inc. Completes Merger with Universal Health Services Subsidiary and Initiates Nasdaq Delisting

Talkspace, Inc. (TALK) has completed its previously announced merger with UHS Merger Subsidiary, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. Following the consummation of the merger, Talkspace notified the Nasdaq Global Select Market to suspend trading of its common stock and requested the filing of Form 25 with the SEC to delist and deregister its shares.
