Talkspace, Inc. Completes Merger with Universal Health Services Subsidiary and Initiates Delisting from Nasdaq

Talkspace, Inc. announced the completion of its previously disclosed merger with UHS Merger Subsidiary, Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. Following the merger, Talkspace has requested Nasdaq to suspend trading of its common stock and file for delisting and deregistration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
