IonQ's Skyloom Optical Communications Terminals Reach 84 On-Orbit Installations

Skyloom Global, LLC, an IonQ (NYSE:IONQ) company, announced the successful deployment of dozens of additional optical communication terminals (OCTs) on orbit. These OCTs were aboard York Space Systems satellites supporting the Space Development Agency's (SDA) Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. This latest installation brings the total to 84 OCTs on orbit, marking a significant milestone in space-based optical technology for secure, high-performance communications.
