Nayax to Acquire IPS Group for $350 Million, Expanding into Smart Parking Technology

Nayax Ltd. (NYAX), a global commerce enablement, payments, and loyalty platform, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire IPS Group, Inc., a smart parking technology provider, from Windjammer Capital Investors in an all-cash transaction valued at $350 million. This acquisition aims to combine Nayax's payment infrastructure and global distribution with IPS's smart parking hardware and software, accelerating IPS's expansion into new markets, starting with Continental Europe.
