Integrated Quantum Technologies Appoints Husam Fezzani as Chief Executive Officer

Integrated Quantum Technologies Inc. (CSE: VEIL, OTCQB: IGCRF), an enterprise AI infrastructure technology company, has appointed Husam Fezzani as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Fezzani, who previously spent nearly 30 years at HSBC in senior technology and engineering leadership roles, will be responsible for leading the company's corporate strategy, operations, and commercial growth as it advances its enterprise AI infrastructure technologies. Former CEO Alan Guibord will transition to Chairman of the Board.
