Siemens Energy Initiates Preparations for Transformation of Industry Business Area to Become Standalone Company

Siemens Energy announced it is beginning preparations for the legal and operational separation of its Transformation of Industry business area, with the objective of establishing it as a standalone industrial energy solutions company. This move aims to provide greater entrepreneurial flexibility and growth opportunities for the business, which comprises 17,000 employees and generated €5.7 billion in revenue in FY 2025. Siemens Energy intends to deconsolidate the business while retaining a meaningful minority stake.
