Kohl's Corporation Announces Executive Leadership Restructuring

Kohl's Corporation has announced executive leadership changes and organizational realignments, including the creation of a new Chief Customer Officer role. Christie Raymond's position as Chief Marketing Officer has been eliminated, and Arianne Parisi has been promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, effective September 1, 2026.
