Astrum Space Inc. to Go Public Through Business Combination with Black Spade Acquisition III Co.

Astrum Space Inc., a satellite communications company, announced on August 27, 2026, that it has entered into a business combination agreement with Black Spade Acquisition III Co (NYSE: BIII). The combined company, to be renamed Astrum Space Company, will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is valued at approximately US$1 billion.
