ZeroStack Corp. Acquires Significant Stake in MemeCore Tokens Ahead of Major Unlock

Nasdaq-listed ZeroStack Corp. (ZSTK) acquired 925,925,926 MemeCore (M) tokens on August 19, 2026, representing 40.9% of the circulating supply, as disclosed in an 8-K filing. The transaction, valued at approximately $1 billion, involved ZeroStack issuing its own shares and pre-funded warrants. This acquisition precedes a scheduled unlock of 56,111,112 MemeCore tokens on September 2, 2026, which is roughly 2.5% of the circulating supply. Rudy Rong, previously MemeCore's chief growth officer and a material source of the contributed tokens, was appointed president of ZeroStack upon closing.
