Nasdaq Stock Market LLC Amends Rules Regarding Pricing of Ports for Night Session

The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Equity 7, Sections 115 and 130, clarifying fees for ports used to connect to the Exchange's Night Session trading environment and providing fee waivers. These changes are designed to facilitate member participation and encourage testing in advance of the Night Session launch around December 6, 2026.
