Crusoe Closes Over $3 Billion Funding Round at Approximately $30 Billion Valuation, Tripling Series E

Crusoe, a company focused on AI infrastructure, has successfully raised over $3 billion in a funding round, co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners. This latest funding values the company at roughly $30 billion, nearly tripling its Series E valuation of over $10 billion from October 2025. Mubadala Capital also participated in the round. The new capital is primarily intended to expand AI Agent runtime security capabilities, particularly for enterprise demand around AI coding agents.
