Class action lawsuit filed against Aardvark Therapeutics, Inc. and its officers and directors

Pomerantz LLP has announced the filing of a class action lawsuit against Aardvark Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: AARD) and certain of its officers and directors. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or acquired Aardvark securities.
