Bending Spoons to Acquire Miro in $1.355 Billion Deal

Bending Spoons S.p.A. has reached a definitive agreement to acquire the digital planning platform Miro for an enterprise value of $1.355 billion in an all-cash transaction. Some Miro shareholders will reinvest $295 million into Bending Spoons equity, valuing the deal at approximately $1.79 billion. The acquisition, approved by both boards, is anticipated to finalize in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
